Flash Climbing is home to its own dedicated yoga studio offering a variety of classes with something for everyone. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, an office worker or a professional athlete, looking to get fit or to relax after a long week – at Flash Yoga we provide a safe space for you to work towards a stronger body and a calmer mind.

As well as adult classes, we run sessions for children and families who would like to do yoga together.

Vinyasa (Intermediate / Advanced)

Vinyasa is a powerful style of yoga where the postures flow with the breath. This fast-paced practice gets your heart beating faster, and practicing Vinyasa regularly makes you stronger as well as more flexible. The sessions are composed of flowing sequences and include advanced poses such as inversions and intricate balances.

Kids’ Yoga (8-12 yrs)

A 45-minute session to keep the kids mobile and flexible, as well as work on their sense of balance.

Beginner Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow is a Vinyasa-inspired yoga session with a series of poses linked together in sequences. It is designed to build up strength, improve your balance and help flexibility. Beginner sessions are slow paced, and are designed to gently introduce you to yoga and teach you to practice safely.

Vinyasa (Mixed Level)

A flowing sequence of poses, great for improving balance, increasing mobility and making your body stronger. Mixed level classes are designed for everyone to get the most out of the session, regardless of their ability. It is suited for beginners, as well as for those who have done yoga before but may not class themselves as intermediate yet. Variations are available for certain poses to accommodate different levels of ability within the group.

Climbers’ Yoga (All Levels)

A session specifically designed to target areas used in climbing. Compiled of yoga sequences to open your chest and shoulders, stretch and strengthen your hamstrings, and provide opposition training to improve your climbing and help prevent injuries. Great for increasing mobility, working on your balance and becoming more flexible.

Nurturing Flow (Mixed Level)

Nurturing flow sessions progress at a gentle pace, easing you into the day, perfect for a Sunday morning. Mixed level classes are designed for everyone to get the most out of the session, regardless of their ability. It is suited for beginners, as well as for those who have done yoga before  – variations are available for certain poses to accommodate different levels of ability within the group.

Family Yoga (Adults and children)

A yoga class for kids and adults to attend together – a session for parents and children, grandparents and grandkids, aunts, unlcles, nieces and nephews, siblings and cousins!

Restorative Yoga (All Levels)

Restorative yoga is a meditative slow paced practice to help your body relax and restore by practising gentle movement and keeping still for an extended period of time while focusing on your breath. It is great for increasing mobility in the body, and calming your mind, enabling you to become more flexible and present.
