Performed on mini trampolines, ((BOUNCE))™ makes exercise fun and is a great workout thanks to the added g-force. This circuits-based class sees you move between pre-set trampoline stations, performing plyometric and isometric exercises (that’s ‘jumping and holding’ as well as ‘static’ exercises) to high energy beats. Think: jump-squats, planks, burpees, press ups, sit-ups, all done utilising trampolines – but not without sudden aggressive cardio blitzes in between.

This 1 hour class features the first 40 mins of choreographed dance-cardio jumping routines to burn calories fast and finishes with 20 minutes of muscle toning concentrating on abs, legs, triceps and glutes.
